Data Deletion
Ingrelo is built to hold as little data as possible. Here is what exists, where it lives, and how to remove it.
| Data | Where it lives | How to delete it |
|---|---|---|
| Photos of labels | Only on your device | Delete the App, or delete the photo |
| Skin profile, goals, special states, preferences | Only on your device | Delete the App |
| Label text and skin profile sent for analysis | Not stored — processed in memory and discarded | Nothing to delete |
| Diagnostic records (internal test builds only) | Our backend | Email us — see step 2 |
| Purchase or order records | Apple | Managed by Apple — see step 3 |
1. Delete the data stored on your device
Deleting the App from your iPhone removes the App's private storage: your saved skin profile, goals, special states, preferences and scan counters. Nothing is left behind on your device. Reinstalling gives you a completely empty profile.
If a future version adds an in-app profile editor, you will also be able to clear individual entries there before deleting the App.
2. Ask us to delete anything held on our side
The label text you scan and the skin profile you enter are never written to our database, so for most users there is nothing on our side to delete. The one exception is diagnostic records produced by internal test builds of the App, which can include a randomly generated installation identifier, your device model, operating system version, app version and language.
To request deletion:
- Email support@ingrelo.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- Tell us your device model, the approximate dates you used the App, and the app version if you know it. Because the App has no accounts, this information is how we locate any records that could belong to you.
- We confirm by email once the records are deleted — normally within 30 days.
We will not ask you for identity documents, and we do not use deletion requests to collect new data about you.
3. Purchase and order information
If you ever purchased something through the App Store, the order record is held by Apple, not by us. You can review or manage it at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Apple's privacy tools.
4. Your privacy rights
The route above is also how you can exercise access, correction, deletion and objection rights under the CCPA/CPRA (California), the GDPR (EEA/UK) and comparable laws. See our Privacy Policy for what the App processes and why.
